Hosting: Your website will be hosted on one of our dedicated server or shared server on Siteground.com. You can check on their Website the full features of their hosting plans. We will apply back to back to you the Siteground T&C. 1 year hosting is included with all the Web site packages. For the following years, you will be asked to pay 200$/year for "Website/Blog" and "Vip Web Site", 250$/year for "E-Commerce Site" and 350$/year for "VIP E-commerce Site". Those fees are inclusive of Hosting, 24/24 Backup, SSL & Static IP if any, Domains, Assistance and Maintenance

Domains: All our Website packages includes a free domain name for one year. You will tell us after purchasing a Web Site pack what domain you want for your Web site and we will buy it for you on your behalf trough one of our 2 Registrars partners, Eurodns.com or Gandi.net. You can opt for the following TLD's (extensions)- Yourname.com/.net/.info/.org/ or a local TLD's Yourname.fr/.es/.it/.co.uk. If you need another kind of TLD's please contact us before ordering. You will be the unique and full owner of your domain name. We will act only as technical contact to ensure to link your domain name with your Web Site. You can check the availability of your domain name here before buying one of our package. The fee to renew your domain each year is included in the Assistance and Maintenance fee indicated above. In case you already own a domain name, we can use your domain name and we will indicate you how to point your domain to your new Web Site. No discount will be granted on our packages Site or Assistance and Maintenance Fees even if use an already registered domain name.

Emails account: Each Website package includes five or ten emails addresses according to the offer you select. An email address will be ad example "sales @ yourname.com". The maximum Storage Quota for each packages is 1GB for Site/Blog and E-Commerce Site and 2GB for VIP Site and VIP E-Commerce Site. The mail accounts provided can be consulted from everywhere trough secured Webmail or trough you Mail Client (Outlook, Thunderbird..)with POP3 or IMAP Protocol. If you want more emails accounts, it's possible. It cost 35$/year for each extra email account. Each new emails account come with 250Mb storage

Designer Work: Each Website packages includes 2 or 4 hours of design/development works depending on the Web site Package you buy. Those hours are used to customize your template and web site according to what you want exactly. Most of the time the included design and development are enough but if you need specific complex and time consuming jobs we charge 35$/hour for each extra hour, after getting your explicit and written agreement. We never charge for works that you didn't specifically agreed with us.

CMS Platform: We use for developing your Web Site an Open source Content Management system Platform. According to the Web Site packages you select, you can opt for Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Opencart, Magento or Prestashop. If you don't know which CMS is better for your Web Site, we will advice you after you buy one of our package. Using an Open Source CMS is the best solution because there are the most reliable Web Site development solutions and they can easily be updated trough the years by any Web Agency without spending a huge amount of money. Furthermore all the CMS offered have a Friendly back end Site administration allowing you to manage the content of your Web site without the needs of technical knowledge. We train our customer by Skype, with videos and manuals about how you can manage the content of your Web site alone. However if you have any difficulties we are always here to help you..

Delivery Time: We do our best to deliver your Web Site within the timing indicated in our packages. However the effective delivery time can depend on many factors as for example the time you employ to give us the content and the photos of your web site. Force Majeure events could delay the delivery of your Web site. Low Cost Web Agency is not responsible for such events.

The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted and bookable in the same currency as your LOW COST WEB AGENCY Packages (without reference to currency converters). All requests for the Best Price Guarantee are subject to verification by Low Cost Web Agency Ltd. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that we cannot independently confirm. Nor will we verify or fulfil any request that we believe, at our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error, or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
